Bernograph is a graphitic intumescent polymer composite that can be injection molded or extruded, allowing for near-endless OEM customization.
The material comes in several formulations, each with different expansion, rigidity and fire safety profiles.

Pyrophobic Systems currently offers Bernograph in a durable and flexible sheet form up to 96 inches (243.8 cm) wide on a continuous roll, in lengths up to 100 feet (30.48 m). These extruded panels are currently available in thicknesses ranging from 0.06 inches (1.5 mm) to 0.24 inches (6mm). The material is injection moldable in shapes and sizes similar to those of common thermoplastics.
This combination of processing capabilities makes Bernograph incredibly versatile in meeting the needs of most OEM applications. Bernograph is electrically conductive and is generally used in applications requiring elevated operational temperatures.
