Pyrophobic System provides a fire rated thermoplastic solution for Cooling tower fill materials to achieve an ASTM E84 Class “A” rating and conformance with FM4930, to supplement or replace PVC technology. IntuPlas Tower Shield is environmentally friendly, easier to mold, and a tool friendly alternative to PVC. Tower Shield can be made with any type of thermoplastic, and compounded into a superior, more efficient, ultra fire resistant product. Tower Shield can be extruded, molded and machined into any form. At the end of use, Tower Shield can then be recycled and thereby contribute to a green future for cooling tower products.
