The Intuplas electrical insert poke through device is listed by UL as a component for use in fire rated deck manufacturer’s s electrified deck systems. The Intuplas electrical insert poke through device is designed as a “preset insert” component to be installed over factory-punched holes in steel floor units to allow for passage of wires in a fire rated deck assembly. In addition, Intuplas Fire rated pucks can be used as an “after set insert” installed in core-drilled hole of a concrete topping in a cellular steel floor unit to allow for passage of wires in a fire rated deck assembly as well.
